Bike to Work Week
Bike to Work Week encourages people to try biking to work and to celebrate with those that already do.
During the week, participants can visit commuter stations where they can enjoy food and drinks, pick up bike maps, get their bike checked by a mechanic and enter to win prizes for free.
Bike to Work Week participants can register on the Bike to Work website to use their free online tool to track their GHG reductions, kilometers biked and calories burned. The information gathered from the online tool will be passed onto the City of North Vancouver to use in planning bike routes and tracking their level of use.
